CHAPEL SPEAKER
The chapel speaker for next week, February 13th, will be our MBBS President: Jim Holm. Chapel is held every Wednesday at 11:45.

TEMPORARY LIBRARY CLOSURE
Dear MBBS Community:
Hiebert Library will close this Friday after 12 noon, and it will remain closed until Monday morning at 8 a.m. We are doing this in order to accommodate the workers who will be working on the library. Although this is a very rare incident, we apologize for the inconvenience and we ask that you plan accordingly.

SLT SPONSORS FREE COMMON MEAL
After hearing Jim Holm speak in Chapel this coming Wednesday, February 13th, join us for a Student Leadership Team sponsored common meal. Sign up is required, and those sheets can be located in either office, or in the classroom wing.

Every Thursday, at 10am in the B.C. Lounge, faculty, staff, and students gather to fellowship over coffee and a yummy treat. Please join us!

MBBS VIDEO CONTEST
Show us distinctives of being a student at MB Biblical Seminary's Fresno campus! It can be 2-5 minutes videos, submitted by March 10 to Andy Johnson. Winners receive a cash prize, as well their product used for Public Relations and Recruitment. For full contest details and information, click here.

THESIS INFORMATION SESSION
A thesis information session is scheduled for Friday, February 8 starting at 1pm in the Oklahoma Room at MBBS. It will be about an hour long. If you are planning on writing a thesis or just exploring what is involved in writing one, please attend this meeting. The thesis coordinator for this year is Jon Isaak. MANDATORY MFCC TRAINEE MEETING
Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 4:30-5:30pm in the California Room
There will be an orientation meeting for MFCC Students expecting to take Practicum 1 in Fall 2008. The procedure to apply to placement sites will be reviewed and possible placement sites presented.

LEVERAGING LEADERSHIP STYLES
Dr. John Jackson, author of "Leveraging Leadership Styles" will be visiting the February 20th Mentoring class from 1:30-2:30.

THE MEANING AND WORK OF ANIMALS IN SANDPLAY
"The Tiger, the Bear, the Lion and Unicorn" is the title of the 3rd annual Fresno Regional sandplay conference. Featured will be Janet Tatu, LICSW, Kathleen Beavers, LCSW, with Audry Punnett, PhD. It will be held on the MB Biblical Seminary campus, on March 8, 2008 from 9am-4pm with registration at 8:30. Cost is $80 for students.
